We’re all in the same boat. Too much month at the end of the money. Everything keeps going up with the exception of your income.
Here’s a thought! We can offer a lovely, furnished home, with private room for each of three occupants, including utilities for as low as $650/month. This is a unique and affordable living arrangement with the chance to remain independent and solvent.
Homes are located within Sun City, close to churches, medical, shopping and more. There are loads of assisted living arrangements and extended care facilities. However, excellent as these are, they are not for everyone.
HEALTH & HAPPINESS
The loss of a spouse, or just getting “up there” can often get you down. Being alone many hours of the day with no one to talk to can impact the quality of life. Our unique living situation offers companionship and security.
Tenants may share cooking duties, or cook individually. There will be dedicated storage and fridge areas for you, if this suits your style. Laundry facilities are also on site.
Your children will be pleased and encouraged by the peaceful secure atmosphere. The aspect of less expense will keep a smile on your face.
HOME MAINTENANCE
There are just so many hours in the day. As seniors, we’d like to enjoy our retirement instead of spending time and money on chores. There’s also the issue of ability. It’s more difficult to climb ladders, carry tools, etc. and increased danger from accidents.
Our tenancy dictates you simply call when there’s a problem and a very nice person will come fix it. Exterior or interior, we want to keep you comfortable.
There is ample storage in the garage for your “extra stuff“ and you are welcome to bring your bedroom furniture along and treasures you can’t part with. No worries about the roof, plumbing etc. How easy is that???
