BENEFITS OF SHARED HOUSING
Falls, forgetfulness, transportation, home maintenance, taxes, insurance, and the need for increased income are just some of the reasons to consider shared housing. There are, of course, many assisted living projects and even full time nursing care for those in need and able to afford these services. This does leave many who need alternative arrangements.
We can offer a pleasant, furnished home, with private room for each occupant (usually three), including utilities for as little as $650/month, plus a Recreational Center Fee of approx $400/year (community requirement).
The homes are located in suburban Phoenix area (Sun City), with plenty of health, religious and recreational activities close by. There is, additionally, the benefit of having someone in the home to talk to, discuss activities with and help address any needs that may arise.
